Southern Express National is a different kind of National Team - players are rostered for the duration of the team, not replaced by "new players" at annual tryouts. Express National is open to players on any team, designed to be a high level supplement to your home club, Express National allows players to travel the country and experience a truly exceptional and memorable team.  Players will also be invited to off field team building exercises and classroom learning with some of the legends of the lacrosse world.  An annual training camp, practice before each event, and unique and desirable destinations each year.   We will always compete to win in each competitive tournament, but events will be selected with the team's input in order to optimize the unique vacation locations available (e.g. Orlando, FL., Vail, CO., Palm Springs, CA, Lake Placid, NY, Chicago, IL, etc.).  Coaches and Directors will emphasize the whole experience,  especially building the foundation for lacrosse to be a catalyst for friendships and experiences that will continue for a lifetime.
