During non-global pandemic year, every SoExpressLax player is required to attend training camp.  The 2020 Training Camp has been postponed until we are given a green light for the safe return to field play.  At training camp, players will meet their coaches and their teammates and learn how to play the team game together.  Participants will learn everything from how we play offense and defense, to how we ride and clear, to how we play man up and man down.  Each participant will get specialized instruction at their position, but most importantly, they will learn how their position fits into the team concepts that are vital to long term success in the sport of lacrosse.

We are exploring alternate playing options for teams local to Atlanta and will update and advise as to those opportunities as they arise.  Thank you for your understanding and patience.
